-500 g of melon kernel

-250 g ripe tomatoes

– 1 onion

– 1 green bell pepper

– 1 clove of garlic

-1 cucumber

-1 glass of water

– A little olive oil

– A little vinegar

– 1 pinch of salt

– Peppers to taste

Method of preparation.

Cut the watermelon and cucumber into appropriate pieces, and clean and wash the onion and pepper, cut into larger pieces. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.

Put the vegetables and melon in a blender or pass it by hand, after which we gradually add vinegar, oil and water. It tastes good with pepper and salt. Cold watermelon soup is passed through a sieve, which makes it more delicate.
