  • 125 g of flour
  • 250 g butter (82% fat)

For ice.

  • 250 g dark chocolate (50% cocoa)
  • 200 ml of liquid cream
  • 50 g butter

Danube Waves Cake – Making:

We start by making a sponge cake, which will be two-tone, decorated with many cherries.

First we separate the egg white from the yolk. Mix the proteins with a pinch of salt, then with the sugar, and mix the melted and cooled butter with the egg yolks և vanilla sugar. Add the sifted flour with the baking powder to this ingredient, then add the egg white. The result will be a sponge cake composition, which we divide into two equal parts.
