How to bake a delicious Basque burnt cheesecake
Turn the oven to 215 degrees Celsius.
Use with 24 cm diameter movable walls for round baking. We grease the base of the horse and the side walls with butter. Cut a circle 24 cm in diameter from the baking paper. Cut a layer of baking paper the size of the side walls of the mold. Place the two baking slices, the frame at the base և the layer on the sides. Press them so that they stick evenly to the tray.
