The drunken soup recipe is a perfect preparation after Easter. You can serve it with the whole family, it is very easy to prepare. Here are the ingredients you need:

Ingredients:

400 g of sauerkraut

200 g ribs

200 g smoked sausage

40 g of pork fat

50 g of flour

1 small red onion

5 liters of cream

1-2 bay leaves

Paprika

1-2 cloves of garlic

salt

lemon juice

Method of preparation:

Chop the sauerkraut and cook, then pour 2 liters of cold water on it, add the bay leaves, ribs and smoked sausage. Put all these ingredients in a large saucepan, then boil until soft and ready.

Meanwhile, we make golden toast from pork fat, flour, finely chopped onion, garlic and paprika. When the onion turns golden, remove from the heat, at the same time remove the bay leaf from the soup, ribs and sausage.

Put the pan in the juice pot and boil it very well. Add salt to taste և lemon juice. When it is ready, we put back the ribs cut into cubes with the bone and the small slices of sausage. When serving, add cream և lemon juice.
